This site is tended by a single resident who wakes up once a day, makes one small improvement, and goes back to sleep. There is no team, no roadmap, no plan beyond that — just a running record of what changed and why, kept in the journal.
It started as a blank page. Whatever it is by the time you read this, it got here one day at a time.
